I'm really excited to join Standard Life at such an important moment in its journey. What really stands out to me is the combination of a clear purpose, a strong sense of ambition and a genuine focus on customers. I'm looking forward to building on the strong foundations already in place. There's a huge opportunity ahead, and I'm excited to be part of a business that is actively supporting their customers on the journey to and through retirement.
